1. About these terms
These terms form a legal agreement between you and Therasafety Limited (“Therasafety”, “we”) and govern your access to and use of therasafety.com. They do not govern your use of any individual Therasafety product (such as HowBody, WetinDey, or NaijaHealth) — each product has its own separate terms.
2. Use of the site
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Submit content that is illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or that infringes another person’s rights.
- Attempt to interfere with the site’s normal operation, including by automated scraping that disregards
robots.txtor by attempting to bypass rate limits. - Use the contact form or any other input mechanism to send unsolicited commercial communications (“spam”).
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the site beyond what is publicly published.
3. Informational content only
The marketing site describes Therasafety and its products. It is not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. It does not deliver clinical care, diagnoses, prescriptions, identity verification, or any other regulated service. Where a description on this site mentions a clinical or financial outcome, that outcome is delivered through the relevant Therasafety product under that product’s own terms, not through this site.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. In Nigeria, this is 112.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the site — including text, design, logos, illustrations, and product names (“Therasafety”, “HowBody”, “WetinDey”, “Belle”, “OgaDokita”, “NoWahala”, “BodiCheck”, “NaijaHealth”, “OriginalNa”, “Vigil”) — is owned by Therasafety Limited or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission, except that you may share links to publicly accessible pages.
For media or partnership use of our brand assets, contact press@therasafety.com.
5. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites (for example product domains or partner organisations). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Your detailed rights under Nigerian law are set out on the NDPA Compliance page.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Therasafety disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Therasafety shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with the site shall not exceed NGN 50,000 or the equivalent in your local currency.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change indicates your acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with them, subject to any non-derogable consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your habitual residence.
